Welcome to the African Student Association's Website!

We have been working hard on launching this website all semester and are so excited to share this with you. The Brown University African Students Association (AfriSA) is a rich and diverse community of people of African descent as well as those interested in learning more about African culture. We are a community that celebrates our cultures as well as spends time critically discussing and educating ourselves on contemporary issues facing the African continent. 

From weekly general body meetings, our annual Cultural Show and a milieu of events, we offer our members the opportunity to meet and share in a whole host of settings. 

This academic year, 2018/19 we have been doing a lot of exciting things including:

- African Afternoon Tea

- AfriSA x Black Heritage Series Thanksgiving

- AfriSA x Students of Caribbean Ancestry Party
